CURRENCY

We display the prices and process all orders in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).  When shopping online with us, you may choose to display in AUD, CAD, CNY, EUR, GBP, JPY, KRW, MYR, NZD, SGD, TWD or USD in the menu bar for reference, but exact exchange rate is to be applied and charged depending on your credit card.

At this time, we accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS, you may also check out via PAYPAL.  Payment will be made to O-CREATION LIMITED which is the owner of Ginger Store.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

CANCEL, RETURN & REFUND

When placing an order, please check the size chart in each product page as well as the information you provided.    If you found any error after the order is confirmed, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with the order number quoted.  Once the order is shipped, we may be unable to help and will not be responsible for any loss due to wrong information provided by the customer.

If you would like to exchange any item, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS upon receipt of the delivery first.  Only exchange of goods that are unused and are in their original condition and packaging will be accepted, and please note that delivery fees will be charged for the exchange.

If any defect is found on the goods that we delivered, please notify us IMMEDIATELY, we may arrange an exchange or refund depending on stock status.  We are sorry that request for refund for any other reason will not be entertained.
